Turning Unemployment Into A Workforce

As stated on our home page and in our Registered Trademark, BAFU stands for Bounce Back America From Unemployment.
The first question we must ask then is; What is the unemployed workforce? Greater than any human minds can comprehend is the loss of dormant energy wrapped in unemployment. To calculate this force is to touch the core loss we have in the U.S. when our unemployment rate reaches the double digit. Thank God for the President of the United States who rolled up his sleeves to get to work early to fix the inherited mess. We all can be grateful in a bipartisan way for The Recovery Act intended to see us through this ordeal and beyond. However, as President Obama insinuated during many speeches, the work of recovery is everybody's task. At BAFU USA, we view the unemployment as the unemployed workforce and we intend to treat it so, to turn the very unemployment into a workforce which is our mission. We solicit the attention and the intervention of grass root initiatives from individuals and corporations to make this dream a reality. Yes, with the BAFU initiative, the unemployed can no longer reside on Idleness Street. We want to see a lot of address-changes from Idleness Street to Busy Street with unemployed occupying the best piece of real estate around that Recovery block, in the forefront of that subdivision and more specifically in the prestigious corner lot saying, "I want my job back" not only in words but also in deeds. Therefore, if you are a corporation, company, partnership or concerned individuals, you will have a part to play in this recovery phase in conjunction with the BAFU initiative as follows:
a) TO DO #1) BUY BAFU and create jobs. You will be approached by former unemployed persons for contributions in the form of buying needed products from their online store. Demand to see their BAFU I.D. and upon proper verification, do not hesitate to assist them by simply purchasing from anyone of them what you normally buy for yourself somewhere else. By doing so, you help create Jobs in America specially in these trying times. Instead of donating your money, you will be given the opportunity to invest that money in the GREAT CAUSE of Job Creation in America.
b) TO DO #2) THE BAFU RESEARCH LAB. BAFU is calling on American Corporations that have, in the past, exported jobs overseas for profit in search of cheaper labor, to attend a summit and entertain the discussion about a new labor pool in America. BAFU is inviting executives and representatives from U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Labor Secretary, the Various State Labor Secretaries, Labor Unions, human resources organizations, Staffing Agencies, Head Hunters companies to join forces in discovering the NEW LABOR FORCE in America so that we can once more become a leading producer around the world. With the BAFU initiative in support of The Recovery Act, now we can engineer a new approach to labor where cost and performance can be regulated to meet the increasing demand for a profitable bottom line. Yes, let us convene in finding the fine balance in this highly sensitive issue instead of saying what we have been repeating to our own demise for decades, "WE CAN'T." Yes, together, using our mental faculties toward possibilities, we can find the vaccine for this unemployment virus that has infected our nation
c) TO DO #3) BAFU INVESTMENT: BAFU is seeking investors in the research lab called "THE UNEMPLOYED WORKFORCE" which we view as in physics as the "Unused Potential Kinetics." Let us release and unleash this massive force in America in a bipartisan, interfaith and interracial manner for the common good of our people in America. To this end, just as we invest in research for new products to fight diseases, let us invest in the BAFU LAB in search of the latest cure for unemployment in America. BAFU is releasing its business model for every State with 25 Executive Directors or commonly called the Charter Members. these Charter Members are the liaison in every State between BAFU USA and the people in that State or more specifically the unemployed. Who can become a Charter Member? Those who are part of the first twenty five who enroll at BAFU as members are eligible to become Charter Members and they will be featured on the annual Presidential Registry.
Subsequent to the filling of the State Charter Membership (SCM), is the Alternate Charter Membership (ACM) and the last tier of this model is the City Charter Members (CCM). e) TO DO #5) RECRUITING UNEMPLOYED.
The major task at hand and the primary focus of BAFU USA is to recruit the unemployed and turn his or her latent energy into a workforce immediately. To this end, BAFU USA through the State Chapters is seeking these unemployed to equip them with resources, tools and store ownership that will turn their unemployment to a positive workforce. f) TO DO #6) NEEDED TOOLS
To fulfill its promise, the unemployed needs to be properly equipped for the session that BAFU offers. Those sessions are given via Webinars on the Internet and the Unemployed will occupy their time in their store on the Internet. therefore, BAFU asks kindly that the Computer companies donate enough Laptops to meet the growing needs of unemployed who do not possess a computer at home. If you currently have a computer class, BAFU solicits your expertise by giving assistance to the unemployed who do not know how to use a computer. Therefore, all of us can do something to help the cause.
To our President who, last week, called for the private sector to get engaged in the process of Recovery, we want to state here, Mr. President, you asked for help, YOU GOT IT with BAFU USA. We believe the labor force is available but unused and our job is to tap into it and release this untapped and unused energy in its most productive form.
